attach the shelf brackets to the robot cart
Description

attach the two shelf brackets to the left end of the robot cart, allowing us to use them as handles to push the cart and place the driver station on when not in use

brackets should be mounted the width of the existing push handle on the cart apart to add it later

drill 3 holes in the cart on each side to mount the shelf brackets

Acceptance Criteria

handles should be mounted on the short side of the robot cart that is on the left side when looking forward on it toward the drawer

ensure the folding action works properly and the handles are both completely straight up and down
