Chief Executive Officer (Team Captain)

Representative and head spokesperson for Compass Robotics. Supervises all sub team activities.
Runs and plans meetings with Captains
Coordinates build season schedule with mentors, ensuring everyone updates their schedule and has task assigned for each day
Expert of the game manual and oversees doing an initial points analysis and leading discussions on strategies during kickoff.
Must attend all team meetings and be there every day unless appropriate excuse
Responsible with keeping in touch with parents along with vice-captain
Main overseer, and not the main leader of the building – that responsibility lies on the back of the Mechanical Tech Lead; however, the captain may contest any decision other leads wish to make.
Must keep positive and supportive communication with all leads
Orders parts and supplies for the team
