The visible part of our website is a bit like an iceberg, Most of what you see publicly is only the tip of the iceberg. It has a bunch of systems beneath the surface that help the team function.
Content Management System (CMS)
The Content Management System (CMS) that allows us to publish pages, FAQs, calendar, News, Tips and our Engineering Notebook and the public pages of our site.
Expense Tracker
The Expense Tracker allows us to record the team's income and expenses. It stores our receipts and bills as well as donations we have made or received. For privacy reasons, the expense tracker is not publicly visible.
Contact Relationship Manager (CRM)
The site's Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) lets us keep our member, mentor and sponsor contact information and a record of our interactions with sponsors
Task Management System
We use the task management system to create Agile Sprint and Kanban boards for our sub-teams.
All of our boards with the exception of Finance are publicly viewable.

The boards let you see at a glance, what tasks need to be done and what status they are in. Each task when opened contains the detail for the task and a comment log for questions or information about the ticket.
